
After winning the Golden Globe, the Slumdog Millionaire, directed by Danny Boyle bagged seven awards at the British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) ceremony which took place in London. The BAFTA awards ceremony was held at the Royal Opera House in London. Music maestro AR Rahman bagged an award for Best Music. Besides music, the film, also won the award for Best Film, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Sound, Best Cinematography and Best Editing. Slumdog Millionaire’s,cast comprising,Anil Kapoor, Dev Patel, Freido Pinto, along with Rahman and Boyle were at the show.
Now all eyes are on the film as the Oscars approach towards the end of this month.
